2009 Statistics and Audience Profile
Cisco Live is an important opportunity for Cisco customers to get the latest information on Cisco products and services. At a glance, results for surveyed customers show:
- 91% of attendees are Cisco loyalists and 44% consider themselves Cisco evangelists
- 76% of customers will purchase new products as a result of attending the conference (lift from 64% in 3 years)
- 81% are very/extremely likely to purchase new Cisco products/solutions as a result of attending the conference and 42% are planning to implement projects within the next 12 months
- Attendees are spending more time in World of Solutions Expo – An increase of 44% year over year!
- Attendees plan to increase their purchases for products seen in the World of Solutions expo 18% from the previous year
- 44% of attendees surveyed have a known project in the near future
- All product areas measured showed double-digit increases in level of familiarity before and after the event
- 88% consider the conference very/extremely valuable (industry average is 76%)
