I joined Cisco in 2000 in the Technical Assistance Center while spending many years as an escalation engineer, resolving customer technical issues, questions and problems regarding implementing Cisco’s products. Work with Cisco customers daily providing consulting and best practices on how to design and implement Cisco Virtualization Infrastructure technologies including Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS), Cisco Nexus™ 1000V virtual switch and Cisco Virtualization Experience Infrastructure (VXI). I also have extensive experience in Load Balancers, Application Security, Application Acceleration and Global Traffic Management.
