Mike is a dual CCIE with focus on Advanced Network Technologies working in the Customer Assurance Engineering (CAE) team at Cisco. Mike’s focus over the past four years has been on Data Center Compute and the new technologies of Unified Networks. As a Distinguished Support Engineer role at Cisco, Mike is able to get firsthand look at the challenges you as Network Engineers will face in technology deployments and will smooth the road for your knowledge requirements.
