Paul Giralt, CCIE R&S, CCIE Voice #4793, is a Distinguished Services Engineer in Cisco’s Advanced Services organization. Paul spent 7 years in the Cisco Technical Assistance center working on Cisco Unified Communications products, went on to work in the Voice Technology Group assisting Cisco’s strategic customers with complex Unified Communications issues, and most recently as a member of the Enterprise Customer Aligned Test Services (ECATS) organization in Cisco Advanced Services.

Paul has spent years troubleshooting and diagnosing issues on some of the largest Cisco UC deployments. He is also the author of the Cisco Press Book “Troubleshooting Cisco IP Telephony.”
