Onsite check-in and badge pickup will be open Sunday, November 5th – Thursday, November 9th. Hours can be found in the Cisco Live Agenda.

For security purposes, a valid form of government issued ID will need to be presented upon check in. Cisco Live registrants must be 18 years of age or older.



The Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort Cancun is the official hotel and venue for Cisco Live.

Attendees staying at hotels outside the Palace chain (Moon Palace Cancun, Beach Palace Cancun, Sun Palace Cancun and Le Blanc) will be charged a Resort Fee of $280 USD for four nights, $219 USD for three days or $112 USD per day, with access to the Sunrise and Nizuc towers.   • For payments by credit card, must be an international card for payment in dollars and check with your issuing bank for card to accept payments via the Internet.

  • For payments by Bank Deposit or Wire Transfer, we require the last 4 digits of the account from which the payment is made. Without this information, it is not possible to generate the corresponding invoice.
  • If payments by Bank Deposit or Wire Transfer are not received no later than the day prior to the change of rate, the registration and selected sessions will be cancelled and you must re-register, but with the current rates.

Learning Credits

Payment by Cisco Learning Credits

Cisco Learning Credits can be used to pay for a Cisco Live Full Conference or IT Management pass and/or a Technical Seminar. Learning Credits cannot be used in part payment or in conjunction with any other offer and Learning Credit purchases are non-refundable. Bulk Registration and Cisco Employee Passes are not eligible for purchase with Learning Credits.

To pay with Learning Credits, please select payment by Learning Credits upon registration. You will be prompted to input your Learning Credits Sales Order Number (SO#). More than one Learning Credit Sales Order number can be used.

The Learning Credits will be validated online at the moment of finishing registration.

Conference Pass Substitution Policy:


If you are unable to attend Cisco Live 2017 Cancun after registering, a substitution from the same company is permitted at no charge. Please submit substitution notification to the Help Desk. Notification must be received in writing by October 30, 2017. For substitutions after the deadline, please bring written notification to the onsite Cisco Live Registration area in Cancun.
