Main Conference Pass This is a 4 day conference pass (Tuesday, January 31 to Friday, February 3) and excludes Technical Seminars. Technical Seminars take place on Monday, January 30 and carry an additional fee. If you purchase the main conference pass you will receive access to all Networkers Technical, Developer Network, Service Provider breakout sessions and to all the networking and social activities that make it a great event.
IT Management Pass Cisco Live's IT Management program offers strategic insight into the "business of IT" with exclusive sessions whilst being able to attend the Cisco Live keynote, social acitivites and much more. Access to the Networkers, Service Provider and Developer Networkers Program sessions are not included.
Cisco Live Virtual If you can't make it to the live event, you can still join us at Cisco Live London from your desktop by subscribing to Cisco Live Virtual.

Technical Seminars are only held on the Monday before the main program begins and carry an additional fee. Technical Seminars cannot be purchased without a Main Conference Pass. IT Management attendees are not eligible to attend Technical Seminars.

Cancellation Policy

Applies to all package/type of purchases: Notification of cancellations must be received in writing to support@ciscolivelondon.com and the following rates will apply:

Purchase/Payment Policy

Payment by Learning Credits

Learning credits can be used to pay for a Main Conference Pass, IT Management Pass and a Technical Seminar. Learning credits cannot be used in part payment or in conjunction with any other offer. Exhibition passes are not eligible for purchase with learning credits.

Learning Credits Payment Process

To pay with Learning Credits, please telephone our registration team on: +44 (0) 207 022 8992 or email support@ciscolivelondon.com.

The Cisco Live registration team will take your details including your Learning Credits Sales Order number. Once the Learning Credits have been validated by Cisco, the Cisco Live Registration Team will issue a code to enable you to register.

Please note, that multiple sale order numbers can be used against any purchase.
