These informal whiteboard discussions allow you to explain your situation in detail to a Technical Community Advocate (TAC) or other qualified Cisco representative and get their take on the best approach, with suggestions for solutions you may not have considered.

TACs will also be available to discuss how Cisco is leveraging the power of communities to enhance its robust package of value-add services. Each member of Cisco’s integrated network of sister communities has a distinct focus area but is part of the same Cisco social environment. By providing a unified “Cisco global village square” for customers and partners to meet with industry experts and Cisco experts, we deliver a truly differentiated customer experience and enhanced service engagement. Cisco’s three sister communities include:

• Cisco Support Community — CSC — An open, online forum where customers can meet industry experts and Cisco TAC experts to understand how to get the optimal value from Cisco products
