Registration Packages

All Cisco Live registrations must be made by providing a valid credit card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard) or Cisco Learning Credit account at the time of registration. If other payment methods are required, please refer to the below:  

Payment Options

• Wire Transfer – will be accepted by contacting the Cisco Live Events Team
• Purchase Orders – will be accepted by providing the Cisco Live Events Team with a valid Purchase Order number. For more information, please refer to the Purchase Order section below.
• Payment terms are strictly 14 days from invoice date OR prior to the event on Monday 5 December, 2022 whichever is sooner.
• Any attendee with an ‘outstanding payment’ upon arrival at the event will be asked to provide his/her personal credit card details as guarantee. Should payment not be received by 7 days of the event, the credit card provided will be processed for payment.

Payment Requiring a Purchase Order

1. Complete the registration process selecting payment by Purchase Order to gain an invoice.
2. Please provide the Cisco Live Events Team with a copy of your Purchase Order contact and number.
3. We issue you with a new invoice with the Purchase Order number on it.
4. We require the funds to be remitted prior to Monday 5 December, 2022 in order allow entry into Cisco Live Melbourne 2022. Please note payment must also be cleared prior to registration codes before Group Purchased registration codes are issued.
   

Payment by Cisco Learning Credits

Cisco Learning Credits can be used to pay for a Cisco Live Full Conference pass, IT Leadership Program pass, Explorer Plus pass and/or 4-hour Technical Seminar(s). Learning credits cannot be used in part payment or in conjunction with any other offer and Learning Credit purchases are non-refundable.

To pay with Learning Credits, please select "Learning Credits" as method of payment upon registration. You will be prompted to input your Learning Credits Sales Order Number. More than one Learning Credit Sales Order number can be used by adding a new Sales Order text field.

The Learning Credits Sales Order Number applied to your registration/s will be validated at time of registration. If you have just purchased learning credits, reissuing or extended existing credits it can take up to 7 business days to process, so please bear this in mind when registering.

Group Purchases

Need to purchase a few Cisco Live registrations for your company or have to purchase for someone else? The Group Registration portal allows you to purchase one pass if you need to purchase on behalf of someone or more than two passes at one time. This portal also enables you to manage who receives the registration codes and when they register. Please note payment must be cleared before registration codes are issued.

Please note that the Group Registration portal is either for multiple purchases or if you are purchasing a pass on behalf of someone else – no discounts will be applied for multiple purchases.
