Hotels

Melbourne has arguably some of the greatest hotels Australia has to offer. Cisco Live 2023 Melbourne is working with BCD Meetings & Events and Hotel Map* to suggest hotels for your stay in Melbourne. Please note that it is your responsibility to book your accommodation directly with your preferred hotel - we recommend that you do this as soon as possible. The registration process and the hotel booking process are not linked. To enter Hotel Map and book your accommodation, please click the button below.

Hotels and Rates

If you need assistance making your online hotel booking, you can contact BCD M&E. The email address to send your query to is rooms@bcdme.com quoting Event Reference Code M3YXN.

If you cancel your attendance of the event itself, please ensure you cancel your booking directly with the hotel. Failure to cancel your hotel booking could result in a full cancellation charge for the entire number of nights booked.

*Any contract for accommodation will be between you and the third party supplier, and Cisco is not responsible for such contract in any way. Cisco does not supply any personal data to such third party supplier.

Hotels and Rates

  • Room availability and room rates can only be assured by booking during online registration or directly with the Cisco Live Registration team. Reservations made through another source are at your own risk.
  • Additional charges such as multiple occupancy fees, Daily Resort fees and tax are not included in the room rates listed and may be applied by the hotel.
  • Hotels are subject to availability and your preferred travel dates.

The Cisco Live team will not contact you directly by email or phone to solicit hotel reservations.
