Registration

Your express check-in QR code is available in the Cisco Events mobile app and will also be sent via email prior to the event. Please ensure you can access your QR code on your mobile device or print prior to coming onsite to ensure that you can register via our express check-in system.

Registration is located on the ground floor concourse of the Exhibition Centre. Please register on arrival at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, as you will need your event badge to access Partner Insights.

Ben Dawson is Vice President of Cisco Australia & New Zealand for which he is responsible for delivering market leadership through the innovative utilisation and application of Cisco technologies and services, that help customers and partners to accelerate their digital agility and grow. He leads a talented and diverse team across sales and marketing, customer experience, engineering, and operations, including strategic country growth and investment initiatives. Ben is committed to driving the most trusted customer experience in the industry through Cisco’s innovation, choice, and amazing people.

Carl Solder

Chief Technology Officer, Australia and New Zealand, Cisco

Carl is privileged to lead the strategy, innovation and technology direction in Australia and New Zealand for a world–class business. With the team, Carl shapes Cisco's strategy to enable its customers to create value based on the digital platforms they build and the transformations they undertake. Prior to this role, Carl was Cisco’s Vice President of Engineering for the Enterprise Networking and Cloud Engineering organisation at Cisco HQ in San Jose, California. In this role he was responsible for Technical Strategy for the Enterprise Network and Cloud portfolio.

Dave West

President, Asia-Pacific, Japan and Greater China, Cisco

Dave West is President for Cisco Asia Pacific, Japan,and Greater China (APJC). This group comprises sevenorganizations operating across a diverse set of markets: Australia and New Zealand, ASEAN, India and SAARC, Korea, Japan, Greater China, and Service Provider. In this role, he is responsible for developing Cisco’s strategy, accelerating business growth, and ensuring Cisco APJC is the most trusted and relevant IT solutions partner and provider in the industry.

Ken Boal

Vice President, Software and Services Sales, Asia-Pacific, Japan and Greater China, Cisco

Ken Boal is Vice President of Software and Services Sales for the Asia-Pacific, Japan and Greater China region at Cisco. He has a twenty-five year plus track record in the IT and Communications industry, supporting organisations in the public and private sector to drive transformation, productivity and sustainable growth through technology innovation.

Mohit Lad

Mohit Lad is General Manager and co-founder of ThousandEyes. Oliver Tuszik

Oliver Tuszik is the Senior Vice President of Cisco's Global Partner Organisation. He has responsibility for managing and supporting 60,000+ global partners who represent the company's primary route to market. Cisco’s Global Partner Organisation encompasses value-added resellers, distributors, system integrators, independent software vendors and technology partners. This globally connected ecosystem accounts for more than 80 percent of Cisco's revenue and is a unique differentiator in helping deliver business outcomes for customers.  

Rodney Hamill

Managing Director, Partner Organisation, Australia and New Zealand, Cisco

Rodney is responsible for the overall strategic direction and leadership of the Cisco Australia and New Zealand Partner Organisation. Rodney’s charter includes overseeing all Partner functions such as Tier 1 and Tier 2 Partner account management, distributor management, ecosystem partners, SP as Channel (SPaaCH) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs. In this role, Rodney leads dedicated team of Regional Managers, Partner Managers, BDMs and specialists whom manage relationships and drive Cisco strategy and growth initiatives through local, regional and global programmes.

Rob Behennah

Vice President, Customer Experience, Cisco Australia and New Zealand

Rob is the Vice President of Cisco’s Customer Experience team for Australia and New Zealand, for which he manages a 500M business focused on driving customer outcomes and solutions through our extensive portfolio of hardware, software and services scaling and differentiating through partners. Joining Cisco in 2021, Rob brings a wealth of experience from his global, 25-year professional career with IBM, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft and Splunk in services and customer success roles, and now leads a talented team spanning business development, technical and professional services and customer success.
