Health & Safety

The health and safety of our participants remains our primary focus. We continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and may adjust attendance protocols based on several factors including official Government guidance, medical data, and specific event considerations. As we approach the event date, the Cisco Live Health and Safety policy and protocols are subject to change.

If traveling to the event, please review the information on requirements for domestic and international travelers.

Before you leave home:

  1. US & Canada attendees only - Speed up your event check-in and download the CLEAR mobile app. This is a free and easy option to validate your vaccination documentation. See how simple the process is.
  2. ALL attendees outside the US and Canada, and those who prefer to not use CLEAR - bring your vaccine documentation, either a hard copy or legible digital copy, with you to have your vaccine status validated by event officials onsite. Be sure to have a matching government ID, too.
  3. Review the Health & Safety protocols below.
  4. If you have cold or flu-like symptoms or test positive for COVID-19, please stay home, get well, and join us online.
