When will Cisco Live 2021 take place?

The global event takes place as follows:

Americas: March 30 - 31
APJC: March 31 - April 1
EMEAR: March 31 - April 1

How do I register for the global Cisco Live 2021 event?

Please visit our new global website for up-to-date information about Cisco Live 2021.

Will Cisco Live Amsterdam (scheduled for February 7 – 11, 2022) go ahead as planned?

Please note that while we hope to be able to hold this event live in Amsterdam in 2022, the format is subject to change, based on official guidance. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will make further decisions over the coming months as appropriate.

REGISTRATION - REFUNDS

Will Cisco Live EMEAR 2021 registrations be transferred to the global event?

Cisco Live EMEAR 2021 registrations will automatically be transferred to the global event. Full refunds are available upon request until March 23. You can contact cl-emea-regsupport@cisco.com to request a refund.

Will I get a refund of my registration?

Refunds will only be issued upon request, otherwise your registration will be transferred to the Cisco Live global event. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Cisco Live EMEAR Support Team at  cl-emea-regsupport@cisco.com by March 23. We appreciate your patience as we work to initiate all transactions. We will refund within 30-60 days.

Do I need to request a refund of my registration?

Yes. Refunds will not automatically be applied to your original form of payment unless you have requested a refund. If a refund is not requested, your registration will be transferred to the Cisco Live global event.

When will I get refunded?

If you have requested a refund, this will be applied to your original form of payment within 30-60 days. 

Can the refund be on a different credit card or bank account number?

Unfortunately, no. We will apply refund to the original form of payment.

REGISTRATION - LEARNING CREDITS

I used Learning Credits to pay for my registration. Will my Learning Credits get refunded?

Yes, if you have requested a refund. This will be returned to the original Sales Order # (SO#) used during registration within 30-60 days. Refund requests must be submitted in writing by March 23 to the Cisco Live EMEAR Support Team at cl-emea-regsupport@cisco.com

What if my Sales Order # (SO#) is now expired?

If the SO# is expired, unused credits can be reissued for a maximum of six months from the original expiration date, one time only. This will require the Team Captain to raise a case for it to be reissued/extended. For more information on the reissuing of Learning Credits please click here.

What if my Sales Order # is still listed as pending?

If learning credits are listed as pending, the Learning Credit Team Captain should be advised to deny the transaction within the Learning Credits Management Tool.
