The company was founded in March 2017 to challenge the perceived boundaries in human aviation and to inspire others to dare to ask “What if?”. Through determination, ’safe failure’ and technical innovation Richard Browning has created a flying machine that augments human ability and has turned 'Science Fiction' into 'Science Fact’.

Wendy Mars is President of Cisco’s Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia region.

Her responsibilities focus on driving strategies which deliver on customer requirements and business objectives, in addition to accelerating growth for Cisco in EMEAR. Wendy is responsible for over $12billion of annual sales, managing operations across 123 countries with over 13,000 employees in the region overall.

In her previous role at Cisco, Wendy led the Partner and Enterprise strategy for EMEAR. She managed teams specializing in technology architecture, scalable consumption and software. Prior to this, Wendy led the data center and virtualization teams in EMEAR for several years, after initially joining Cisco as a Systems Engineer Director for the UK and Ireland organization.

Wendy is a passionate supporter of women in business, particularly technology, and is the Executive Sponsor of Cisco’s Connected Women community. She understands the talent and skills challenges facing the technology industry and firmly believes in culture as a driver of digital transformation and differentiation. Wendy is currently leading a number of initiatives designed to encourage the diversity of people, innovation and ideas which will enable Cisco and the industry, respond to and deliver, success for customers.

Prior to joining Cisco, Wendy was the Global CTO at ThruPoint for 11 years, working with primarily with its enterprise and service provider customers. She began her career at Morgan Stanley, where she lived abroad working on a variety of IT programmes in Europe, the US and Asia.

Wendy has a BEng(H) in Electronic Engineering from York University and an MSc in Operational Research from Lancaster University.

David Goeckeler, EVP and GM, Networking and Security Business, Cisco

David Goeckeler is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Cisco's Networking and Security Business with responsibility for more than $32 billion of the company's global technology franchise. He leads a global team of more than 20,000 engineers and oversees Cisco's networking and security strategy and market acceleration, including development operations for the company's expansive technology portfolio and strategic acquisitions.

A 19-year Cisco veteran, Goeckeler is known as a transformational leader with proven business expertise and deep technical knowledge. He is responsible for defining and building technologies to deliver Cisco's vision -- an intent-based platform that redefines networking from the ground up enabling customers to automate their infrastructure and secure their digital business.

Prior to his current role, Goeckeler was the leader of Cisco's Security Business. He was instrumental in defining Cisco's threat-centric security strategy and transitioning the business to a software and recurring revenue based model, and returning the business to share-gaining growth. Under his lea dership, the Security Group also acquired and successfully integrated multiple companies, solidifying Cisco's place as the largest Security vendor in the industry.

Goeckeler has held engineering leadership roles across both the Enterprise and Service Provider markets in his career with Cisco, including Voice over IP, SP Mobility, Video Infrastructure, Networking, and his most recent work in the Security Business. He has both driven organic innovation across these businesses as well as led and integrated large and small acquisitions. Prior to Cisco, he held engineering and senior management positions at Bell Laboratories and BellSouth Telecommunications. He has also been active in several entrepreneurial ventures.

Goeckeler holds bachelor's degrees in computer science and mathematics from the University of Missouri at Columbia, a master's degree in computer science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a master's degree in business administration from both Columbia University and the University of California at Berkeley.

Goeckeler is widely recognized for his leadership and operational excellence. In 2012, he received Frost and Sullivan's Excellence Award in Engineering Operations.

Scott Harrell, Senior Vice President and GM, Intent Based Networking Group, Cisco

Scott Harrell is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cisco's Intent Based Networking Group. He leads a global team and is responsible for all aspects of the enterprise and data center networking business, including business strategy, product development, user experience, and 
go-to-market. The portfolio consists of the industry's leading software solutions that span the campus, access, IoT, data center, cloud, and wide area networks and a range of routers, controllers, switches, and wireless infrastructure.

Since joining Cisco in 2001, Harrell has held leadership roles in product management and engineering in Cisco’s Networking and Security businesses where he has helped define and build technology portfolios to meet the rapidly evolving demands of digital businesses. 

Most recently, Harrell led the Enterprise Networking business for Cisco where he drove the transition of this massive business to a software led business model focused on automation and analytics. Prior to that, Harrell led product management for the security business where he helped transform Cisco's world-class security portfolio to a cloud first strategy. In these roles, he was also responsible for product strategy and the successful integration of acquisitions.

Prior to Cisco, Harrell worked in strategic planning at Intel Corporation. He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelors of Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.


Liz Centoni, SVP and GM, IoT, Cisco

Liz Centoni is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cisco's Internet of Things Business Group. She sets the business and engineering direction, strategy, solutions and priorities for the company's IoT business. Prior to her current role, Liz was the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Cisco's Computing Systems Product Group, which includes the flagship Unified Computing Services (UCS) and HyperFlex product families.

Liz has been Vice President of Engineering Strategy and Portfolio Planning. As a key member of the engineering leadership team, she was responsible for shaping, guiding and managing Cisco's engineering strategy and execution across the company's routing, switching, security, mobility, video, collaboration, data center and cloud offerings. She has also served as Vice President/General Manager of the Service Provider Access Group where she led strategy, marketing direction and engineering efforts to grow Cisco's portfolio of Carrier Ethernet Access solutions.

Since joining Cisco in 2000, Liz has a strong track record in various engineering roles where she was instrumental in bringing to market industry-leading products and managing global teams. Mentorship, talent development and leadership are also an important priority for Liz and she is an active mentor and sponsor of underrepresented groups. She launched the Women in Engineering Leadership Forum at Cisco and is the Cisco Global Executive Sponsor for the Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) program. Liz is a proud recipient of the YWCA 2015 TWIN award, Cloud NOW 2015 Top 10 Women in Cloud award, and Million Women Mentors 2015 Mentor of the Year award.

Liz holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Physics and Math from University of Mumbai.

Jonathan Davidson, SVP and GM, Service Provider Business, Cisco

Jonathan was named Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cisco's Service Provider Business in August 2018, He leads a team that is driving disruption in the industry with technology innovations in routing, 5G, subscriber experience (mobile, cable, fixed), automation, and optical.  Jonathan re-joined Cisco in March 2017 as Sr. Vice President and General Manager of Service Provider Networking.  In that role, he drove Cisco's leadership position in SP routing, networking and automation software solutions ushering in the next-generation of networking and network automation innovation.

Prior to rejoining Cisco, Jonathan served as Executive Vice President and General Manager at Juniper Networks leading its Engineering and Product Management. In that role, he was responsible for driving strategy, development and business growth for the company's entire portfolio including routing, switching and security, as well as leading the ongoing evolution of silicon technology and the Junos operation system.

Before Juniper, Jonathan held a variety of leadership positions at Cisco over the course of 15 years. During that time, he developed service provider solutions and led the enterprise routing product management team and service provider Layer 4 through Layer 7 services team.

Jonathan is co-author of the best-selling book, "Voice-over IP Fundamentals," and is a frequent speaker at high-profile industry events. Active on social media, he frequently shares his observations and insights about the industry through Twitter and blogs.

Sri Srinivasan, SVP and GM, Webex Meetings, Teams, Calling & Devices, Cisco

Sri Srinivasan is Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Team Collaboration Group at Cisco. Sri is responsible for the Cisco Webex that includes Meetings, Teams, Calling and Devices, as well as a portfolio of on-premises and hybrid collaboration tools. Under Sri's leadership, Cisco is creating a collaboration canvas to empower teams to perform at their best. This open canvas brings collaboration tools together with productivity tools and business processes for a simple, unified experience.

Sri joined Cisco from Microsoft where he was GM for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise Apps business in the C+E/Azure Group. Throughout his tenure at Microsoft, Sri primarily focused on the business solutions division, bringing thought leadership to help build a partner-based business model for an upper mid-market on-premises ERP and eventually its transition to Hybrid and Cloud SaaS.

Sri was responsible for Research & Development of the ERP Enterprise Edition for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly known as AX) and Common Data Service (CDS), the data substrate for the Azure Business Application Platform. Sri drove the successful transformation of an on-premises business to Cloud SaaS, a first of its kind on Azure, with an industry acclaimed offering as part of Dynamics 365. Previously Sri was the Engineering Director for Microsoft Dynamics AX through 2013. Prior to that, Sri was the General Manager for the Dynamics AX Customer Success Team where he built the team for the division, enabling the Solution Architect role, and the incubation of Life Cycle Services (SaaS Service for customer/partner driven ALM), which is now a mainstream offering for Dynamics implementations and rollouts.

Prior to Microsoft, Sri was one of eleven Distinguished Engineers at Peoplesoft. Sri worked on the initial web transformation of business applications, with focus on performance and scale. Sri also worked on acquisition diligence, specifically on the merger of JD Edwards into Peoplesoft.

Sri has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, India.

Alistair Wildman, Vice President EMEAR, Customer Experience (CX), Cisco

Alistair Wildman leads Cisco’s $2.6bn Customer Experience EMEAR organisation and is responsible for ensuring Cisco’s customers get business value at every step of their technology lifecycle.

With 20 years of IT and software experience, Alistair’s career spans executive positions at technology stalwarts such as VMWare, Salesforce and Microsoft where he held the positions of EMEA General Manager, End User Computing; SVP, Customer for Life International Markets (EMEA, Asia and Japan); General Manager, Global Practices, Microsoft Consulting Services, respectively.

Alistair is also Cisco executive sponsor for Barclays, Etisalat Group and Nestlé as well as cosponsor for British Telecom and Deutsche Telekom.
