Meet the Engineer (MTE) meetings provide an opportunity to meet 1:1 with the best Cisco engineers. Make plans to meet with a Cisco Engineer where you set the agenda for the conversation to discuss your unique questions and challenges. Find out why this program is consistently one of the most popular activities at Cisco Live.

Meeting scheduling will open mid-April. Meeting requests are subject to availability and considered on a first-come, first-served basis for our attendees with Full Conference and IT Leadership packages.

Walk-in Labs

Experience a one-of-a-kind, hands-on learning opportunity with Walk-in Labs. Select 45-60 minute pre-designed scenarios to explore configurations, evaluate, and test some of the latest Cisco products and solutions – all at your own pace. Subject matter experts are on hand to answer your questions.

Technical Assistance Center

Meet with the best and brightest engineers at the Technical Assistance Center (TAC), formerly known as Technical Solutions Clinic. They are ready to tackle your most pressing challenges, and will walk you through possible strategies and solutions to take back to your organization. No appointment is required.

Capture the Flag

Challenge yourself with a game of Capture the Flag! Gain hands-on experience as you solve real lab challenges a variety of Cisco solutions. Collect points as you complete a game and earn a spot on the leaderboard. More information coming soon!

Connected Learning (June 20-30)

Get interactive training with Cisco experts from anywhere.

Meet with Cisco experts from June 20-30 with this extended learning opportunity. These digital sessions offer in-depth training on specific topics, hosted on Webex.

Connected Learning registration includes one Hands-On Lab, and one DevNet Workshop. Plus, unlimited access to Capture the Flag missions. Registration is $295 (3 Learning Credits).

Connect one-on-one with a Cisco engineer for 45 minutes to discuss your unique topics, questions, and challenges. Our engineers will be ready to address a variety of topics from product validation to solution design or troubleshooting to strategy. Registrants will need to sign up for a specific topic, date, and time based on speaker availability.
