KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Rui J. Teixeira
Director, Global Customer Experience, Cisco

 

Rui J. Teixeira is a Director of Customer Experience in the Customer Experience Partner Models team. In this capacity, Teixeira engages our Partners and field in shaping the CX strategy to unlock the power of the best Ecosystem Partners in the industry to grow an extraordinary, profitable and sustainable Partner CX model. Focus on CX partner offers, programs and value exchange to accelerate customers through the CX lifecycle. Teixeira joined Cisco in 2005 to lead the first Latin America competitive team for the Service Providers segment.

 

Since then, he has been a key leader in Emerging Markets for Cisco – Russia, Middle East, Eastern Europe, Africa and Latin America. He focused on business development with Partners for Collaboration, Security and Data Center Architectures. Teixeira leads the Services Partner Advisory Board for the Americas region: Canada, USA, Latin America. He led the Latin Americas Services Partners Sales for over five (5) years. Most Recently, Teixeira was appointed to lead the Partner Services Go to Market, globally, as the company focuses on helping partners to create value to our customers driving digital transformation. Teixeira drives innovation across Services portfolio and focused on partner services strategy with Cisco.

 

Under Teixeira’s leadership, Services implemented the evolution of the Cisco Services Partner Program and co-lead the team building innovative partner delivery models to accelerate Partners Services with Cisco. As a result, Cisco Services has taken a huge step forward to deliver the most collaborative and profitable services business while keep increasing Cisco business though Partners.

 

Teixeira holds BA in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Simon Bolivar in Venezuela, a MSc in Communication Systems from Universidad Central de Venezuela and an Executive Certificate in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He lives in Miami, FL – USA. Teixeira is a keen photographer and half-marathon runner.
