It then moves into design and deployment best practices and covers resources available to design & deployment Engineers. Topics include: Choosing a deployment model, planning for high availability, sizing systems, and estimating bandwidth for the Contact Centre. This is an intermediate to advanced level session intended for network planners, design engineers, administrators and technical staff.
