ATE-CL038 - Hello World - Cisco Context Service is the Key to Your Connected Digital Experience - 1 Hour

Session Description

Context Service is Cisco's new cloud-based storage for customer journey data. It enables a complete view of customer journey to deliver omnichannel seamlessly. Context Service is available to Cisco Contact Center Enterprise and Contact Center Express release 11.5 customers as an out-of-the-box service.

This session is a follow up of the introductory session presented at Cisco Live US last year, BRKCCT-1005.

In this session, we will provide a quick recap of Context Service overview. The focus of this session is to show how to use Context Service to deliver seamless customer experience. We will demo step by step how to use Cisco Contact Center products with Context Service to:

• Identify and treat repeat and abandoned calls effectively
• Present a complete omnichannel customer journey to the agent across email, chat and voice
• Provide a seamless customer journey from web to call

Prerequisites: You must have a good understanding of Cisco Contact Center applications, particularly scripting in CVP or CCX. You also should try review Cisco Live US 2016 session or review the basics of Context Service data model.
