Context Service is Cisco's new cloud-based storage for customer journey data. It enables a complete view of customer journey to deliver omnichannel seamlessly. Context Service is available to Cisco Contact Center Enterprise and Contact Center Express release 11.5 customers as an out-of-the-box service.
