Types of Technical Sessions
Technical sessions are the core of Cisco Live. We offer many different types of sessions with varying degrees of difficulty.
Sessions focus on technologies, architecture strategies, applications, and troubleshooting details for Cisco solutions or technologies. Sessions range from introductory to advanced technical skill level and typically also cover new products as well as feature or functionality updates to existing products.
Sessions delivered by Cisco customers, partners or Cisco IT staff, focused on best practices, performance metrics, and recommendations for deploying, managing and extending Cisco product features and capabilities to achieve specific IT and/ or business benefits.
Product or Strategy Overviews
PSO sessions are designed to provide updates on a product or solution family or to look at the business strategy that drives technology and business decisions. Led by Cisco marketing teams, these sessions describe how to use Cisco technology to achieve your business goals.
Panel discussions give you the opportunity to hear a wide range of views on important topics from people inside and outside Cisco — including other vendors, customers, and industry experts. Panels focus on the big-picture, transformative concepts and ideas.

Cisco Live’s Walk-in Self-Paced (WISP) Labs provide attendees with a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience on a variety of products and solutions from Cisco. These labs are designed to give a full experience by not only allowing attendees to work through a 30-60 minute pre-designed scenario but also by allowing you to explore full configurations or features of those products This hands-on lab allows you to explore and test some of the latest products at your own pace.
