Karen Walker is Senior Vice President of Marketing at Cisco. She leads the global Go To Market Organization that creates and delivers the integrated global marketing plan for the company, from marketing strategy through to in-country execution of brand campaigns and marketing programs. Her organization is responsible for demand/revenue generation, segment marketing, integrated marketing communications, event marketing, seller enablement, and partner marketing.
Walker is accountable for a global revenue marketing goal. Since joining Cisco, she has championed marketing’s role as an accountable business function aligning closely with sales teams and a vital resource to partners.

Dr. Peter H. Diamandis
Dr. Peter H. Diamandis is a visionary, innovator, author, physician, engineer and entrepreneur. He is Chairman and CEO of the X Prize Foundation, the co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Singularity University and the co-founder and Vice-Chairman of Human Longevity Inc. He’s released two books, Abundance: The Future Is Better Than You Think in 2012 and Bold: How to Go Big, Create Wealth and Impact the World in 2015. In all of his work, Peter aims to encourage and enable radical breakthroughs for the benefit of humanity. He believes “the best way to predict the future is to create it yourself.”
Diamandis is also a prolific speaker and advisor to individuals, startups and multinational enterprises. Peter has a unique perspective on how to drive breakthrough thinking and innovation within companies of all sizes and achieve clear, measurable and objective results. He sees traditional thinking, risk aversion and incrementalism as causing the demise of companies unable to cope with the coming decades of disruptive innovation. Peter suggests “the best way to become a billionaire is to solve a billion person problem.”

Mike Rowe is an Emmy-nominated TV host, writer, narrator, producer, actor, spokesman and former opera singer. Mike is best-known for his work on the Discovery Channel series Dirty Jobs, the narration of Discovery Channel’s Deadliest Catch and, most recently, CNN’s Somebody’s Gotta Do It.
In 2008, Rowe launched mikeroweWORKS – a campaign and foundation focused on reinvigorating the skilled trades. Mike is passionate about calling attention to the widening skills gap and has shared his expertise in testimony to the U.S. Senate Commerce Committee in 2011 and the House Committee on Natural Resources in 2014. In 2013, he launched a new campaign and a book focused on technical recruitment called Profoundly Disconnected: A True Confession from Mike Rowe.
Mike is an advocate of adding another “S” to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math and Skills). He believes that as a country we might want to focus on educating children and adults alike for jobs that actually exist. For Mike, a strong skills foundation is critical to meeting the demands of our digital and technology-centric future.
