Terms and Conditions:
Upon completing your registration, simply login to your account, add your colleagues' names and addresses and send. The system sends your colleagues an email with a special registration link. When they register using the link generated by your email, you get credit! Once you've received four qualified registrations towards your Referral Code, you'll receive your gift card.

Explorer Pass Registrants

Terms and Conditions:
Referrer must be registered for Cisco Live to qualify for offer. In order to receive credit for a qualified full conference referral, your referral must use the link provided in the referral email (generated by our Refer-A-Friend tool) and must have a settled payment status. Referred registrants with outstanding payments or who request and qualify for a refund do not qualify as referrals. Limit two awards per referrer regardless of the number of qualified referrals. For World of Solutions Explorer Pass Attendees, qualified expo pass attendees must register for the pass and check-in onsite.
NOTE: All rewards will be fulfilled post event, in the July 2013 timeframe.
NOTE: Offer not valid for government or Cisco employees.
Purchase & Payment Policy
All registrations must be made by providing a valid credit card number or Cisco Learning Credit account at the time of registration. If other payment method will be utilized, please see below.
Payment Options:
- Purchase Orders (PO's) - will be accepted for Government Rate attendees ONLY, until April 16th. If payment is not received by April 30th, the attendee's schedule will be cleared.
- Checks/Wire Transfers - will be accepted by contacting the registration support center until April 30th.
NOTE: If payment via PO, Check or Wire Transfer is not received by April 30th, the attendees schedule will be cleared. Re-Scheduling can take place once payment is received.
NOTE: Registration to Cisco Live is open to attendees 21 years of age and older.
Cancellations
Applies to all package/type of purchases: Cancellations must be received in writing to the Help Desk according to the following schedule:

Conference Pass Substitution Policy:
If you are unable to attend Cisco Live 2013 after registering, a substitution from the same company is permitted at no charge. Please submit substitution notification to the Help Desk. Notification must be received in writing by Friday, May 24, 2013. For substitutions after the deadline, please bring written notification to the onsite Cisco Live Registration area in Orlando.
