PAYMENT BY CISCO LEARNING CREDITS
Cisco Learning Credits can be used to pay for a Cisco Live Full Conference Pass, IT Leadership Pass, Technical Seminars, Instructor-Led Labs, and Explorer Passes. Learning Credits cannot be used in part payment or in conjunction with any other offer.
To pay with Learning Credits, please select 'Payment by Learning Credits' upon registration. You will be prompted to input your Learning Credits Sales Order Number/s and the number of credits to be deducted from each. If you enter more than one Learning Credit Sales Order, please note that all SO# must come from the same company.
Learning Credits will be processed immediately and must be approved by the Team Captain prior to the event (if not auto-approved by your organization). Please be aware of your Sales Order expiration dates. If your Team Captain denies the transaction, our Registration Support team will reach out to you to validate payment.
If you have just purchased Learning Credits, reissuing or extended existing credits it can take up to 5–7 business days to process, so please bear this in mind when registering.
Learning Credit purchases are non-refundable.
For assistance with Cisco Learning Credits (in case of invalid or expired Sales Order numbers) you can either submit a case through the Certification Online Support Tool or email the Learning Credits Support Desk.
