To gain access to the event, all Cisco Live attendees and guests must present a government-issued photo ID at check-in. You will not be allowed access without a photo ID, even if a registration pass has been purchased. All Cisco Live attendees must be 21 years of age or older.
IT Leadership attendees must check in and pick up their badges at the IT Leadership Registration desk in Mandalay Bay, Level 1, Bayside D, next to Main Registration. The dedicated ITL Registration Desk will be open at the following times:
Badges and lanyards must be worn at all times to access the conference, including at evening social activities. A $100 reprint fee applies for lost badges and a $100 replacement fee applies for lost lanyards. For further badge assistance, visit Main Registration.

As an IT Leadership attendee, you will see a small wearable beacon located on the back of your badge. This device sends a unique signal allowing the event to view traffic patterns to enhance the attendee experience. Please note: this does not extend outside of the Mandalay Bay Oceanside Ballroom where the IT Leadership sessions take place, and we will not share information with any 3rd party.

Get ready to take over Allegiant Stadium on Wednesday, June 3 for a Cisco Live Celebration full of live music, great food, and connections with familiar faces and new friends. All Celebration attendees must have an official Cisco Live badge and lanyard for entry. Your Cisco Live badge is your "ticket" to the show!
Celebration shuttles will run from 7:15 – 11:30 p.m. between Allegiant Stadium and participating hotels. See the Shuttle section below for full details.
Bring a guest to join the fun, including the Cisco Live Celebration and the CCIE party (for eligible CCIE attendees). Guest passes cost $245 and must be purchased by June 2, 2026. To purchase a pass, visit the Attendee Concierge Desk or add one through the Attendee Dashboard.
Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and must not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". Small clutch bags, purses or wallets, 4.5" x 6.5" x 2" or smaller can be taken into the stadium in addition to one of the approved clear bags described above. An exception will be made for any necessary medical items, but all such items are subject to inspection prior to entry. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, purses larger than 4.5" x 6.5" x 2", coolers, briefcases, diaper bags, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags, and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.
Cisco Live shuttles will operate daily between Mandalay Bay Convention Center and select conference hotels (MGM Grand, MGM Signature). Several hotels, including W, Luxor, and the Four Seasons are within walking distance of the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
The Cisco Live Celebration shuttle will run continuously on Wednesday, June 3 from 7:15 – 11:30 p.m. Use the Shuttle Schedule to find boarding locations.
Daily breakfast and lunch menus are available in the Cisco Events App under "Helpful Info."
Complimentary coffee will be provided during meal service and daily breaks throughout the week. Coffee will also be available for purchase throughout the Mandalay Bay concourse.
At Cisco Live, we work hard to implement sustainable practices. For that reason, bottled water will not be provided at the event. We encourage the use of refillable water bottles at our water stations located throughout Mandalay Bay Convention Center.

The Webex app allows you to collaborate directly with your session peers and presenters. Discuss session content, share information, and get important session announcements right at your fingertips.
Cisco Live provides wireless internet access throughout Mandalay Bay Convention Center. The Cisco Live wireless network has been fully migrated to the 5GHz spectrum to guarantee the best performance for our attendees. Wireless coverage maps and performance data are also presented at the Cisco Live Network Operations Center (NOC).

Secure your seat by registering ahead. Log in to "My Schedule" in the Attendee Dashboard or use the Cisco Events App to review sessions, networking events, and activities.
Plan to arrive at your scheduled sessions no later than 15 minutes prior to start. We will start seating standby attendees on a first come, first served basis 5 minutes before the session officially starts.
During the event, presentation PDFs will be uploaded to Session Catalog and the Cisco Events App for the sessions that you attended. Technical Seminar PDFs and Instructor-led Labs (LTR) presentations will only be available in the Session Catalog and on the Cisco Events App for those who have purchased the session.
Let us know about your session! Session surveys will become available in the Cisco Events App under "My Surveys" and in the Attendee Dashboard once you scan into a session. The overall conference survey will be posted on Wednesday afternoon.

Certification Testing Center hours
A complimentary Cisco certification exam is included in all Full Conference and IT Leadership packages. Registration for certifications must be scheduled through Pearson prior to arrival. Exams cannot be scheduled onsite. Seating is limited and is on a first come, first served basis.
No shows for scheduled exams will result in a $40 fee. If you cannot make your scheduled exam, please stop by the Cisco Certification Testing Center to cancel or change your appointment to avoid being charged.
For those planning to take a Cisco or Splunk certification exam onsite as part of their package, here are a few reminders:
One free Instructor-led Lab is included in all Full Conference and IT Leadership packages. Labs are 4-hours long and take place Sunday – Thursday. Session registration must be completed before arriving onsite. Seating is limited and is on a first come, first served basis.
Sign into your Cisco Live account to find and register for available labs. Note: You may go stand-by for an Instructor-led Lab that you have not registered for. We will open seats for Instructor-led Labs 15 minutes after the session has started.
