Connect and collaborate with Webex

Enhance your Cisco Live experience by joining dedicated Webex spaces, available for most sessions at Cisco Live. These spaces offer a place to engage with presenters, connect with peers, receive real-time announcements, and share resources.

To join:

  1. Get the app. If you don't have a Webex account, download a free Webex app and set up your profile. Pro Tip: Use the email address you used to register for Cisco Live.
  2. Find your spaces. Locate session-specific spaces directly within the Session Catalog in the Cisco Events App. Click “Join the Discussion.”
  3. Open the Webex App to confirm you are in the space and start discussions.

Special access spaces: If you are registered for IT Leadership, Technical Seminars, or are part of the Cisco Live 2026 Orientation and Q&A group, you will be added automatically to those dedicated spaces.

Troubleshooting: If you encounter issues with the “Join the Discussion” feature, try joining with an alternative email domain, or visit the Attendee Concierge, next to Main Registration, for assistance.

Privacy notice: Please be aware that when you join a Webex space, your Webex user ID — which includes your email address — will be visible to other attendees in that space. For more information on how Cisco collects, protects, and retains your personal information, please review the Cisco Online Privacy Statement.
