Registration Packages

All registrations must be made by providing a valid Credit Card (American Express, Mastercard or Visa), Cisco Learning Credit account or by Wire Transfer at time of registration.

If there are any issues associated with your chosen payment method, please contact our Registration Support team to resolve the issue.

Note: Registration to Cisco Live is open to attendees 18 years of age and older. Prices and inclusions subject to change.

Payment Types

For all payment types excluding Cisco Learning Credits an administration fee of £25 + VAT will be applied.

Wire Transfer

Payment by Wire Transfer is 30 days from date of registration. You will receive a ‘proforma invoice’ and your payment status will be ‘pending’ until payment is received. Once we receive your payment, we will send a payment confirmation email, and your tax invoice will be attached. Payment by Wire Transfer closes on January 8, 2027.

Cisco Learning Credits

Cisco Learning Credits can be used to pay for your Full Conference pass, IT Leadership pass, Technical Seminars and Explorer week and day passes. Learning Credits cannot be used in part payment or in conjunction with any other offer.

To pay with Learning Credits, please select 'Payment by Learning Credits' upon registration. You will be prompted to input your Learning Credits Sales Order number(s) and the number of credits to be deducted from each. If you enter more than one Learning Credit Sales Order, please note that all SO# must come from the same company and country. 

Learning Credits will be processed immediately and must be approved by the Team Captain prior to the event (if not auto-approved by your organization). Please be aware of your Sales Order expiration dates. If your Team Captain denies the transaction, our Registration Support team will reach out to you to validate payment.

• Payment by Learning Credits is 30 days from date of registration.

• Learning Credit purchases are non-refundable and are to be used solely for the benefit of Cisco customers and partners and their respective employees.

• Payment by Learning Credits is inclusive of processing fees and UK VAT at 20%.

• An official tax invoice will be sent after the event.

For assistance with Cisco Learning Credits, contact your Team Captain or the person who provided the SO number (in case of invalid or expired SO numbers). You can also submit a case through the Learn with Cisco Support Tool.

Group Discounts

Group discounts are available when purchasing 10 or more passes of the same type at once. During registration you can select how many passes you would like to purchase. When 10 or more passes are selected, the system will automatically deduct the discount applicable per pass.

Group discounts are only valid when purchasing Full Conference or IT Leadership passes. It is not valid when purchasing Technical Seminars and Explorer passes.

Please note: Individual passes cannot be refunded if they are part of a group purchase.

Additional Payment Information

All passes and fees are subject to UK VAT at 20% (HMRC VAT Notice 741A (Section 9)). However, companies with a valid exemption certificate recognized by the British Government can contact our Registration Support team to provide a copy of their certificate, which will be verified before an exemption can be processed. Please note that this must be done before payment is made. VAT may also be reclaimable via your local tax representative for companies not based in the United Kingdom. Please contact your local tax advisor for further information.

An invoice with registration details and payment terms will be issued by Cisco’s appointed Events Agency, George P Johnson (UK) Limited.

Any attendee with an outstanding payment upon arrival at the event will be asked to provide his/her personal credit card details to process payment. The credit card provided will be reimbursed once full payment has been received by our accounting department.

For security reasons, attendees are not allowed to share a registration – one registration, one attendee, one event badge. Once an individual has checked in onsite at Cisco Live 2027 London, the registration or event badge may not be transferred or substituted to another attendee. 

Attendees found to be in violation of the badge policy may have their badge confiscated and may not return to the Event. 

Do I need a visa to attend Cisco Live? 

Visitors from countries outside of the United Kingdom must possess a passport valid for the entire duration of their planned stay. 

To find out if a visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) is required, please visit gov.uk.

If a visa is required to visit the United Kingdom, attendees are advised to locate their respective diplomatic mission or embassy. As offices aren’t available in all countries, it may be necessary to either apply at an embassy representing the United Kingdom or to travel to an assigned embassy in another country. Please note that the visa procedure can take up to one month. 

How do I obtain a visa invitation letter?

During the registration process you will be asked if you require a visa letter. In order to request a visa letter from the Cisco Live team, please be prepared to provide the following information: 

• Full name on passport (first name, middle name and last name) 

• Your local UK embassy’s name (Embassy to whom you are submitting the request) 

• Embassy address 

Visa invitation letters will be submitted for approval for attendees who have requested a letter and have completed registration data for a Full Conference, IT Leadership or full week Explorer pass, including payment. Please allow sufficient time to request your letter as most embassies can take up to one month to process your request.
