Please take some time to familiarize yourself with the Know Before You Go document which you will also receive by email before the event. It includes important details on the registration opening hours, badge collection, security, travel, and other event specific information.
The health and safety of our customers, partners, event staff, and Cisco employees remains a top priority for us. If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from attending the event. At this time, Cisco does not have any health-related requirements in place for event attendance.

Be sure to schedule your sessions before arriving onsite to guarantee a spot in the session. Log in to your Cisco Live account to find your schedule, or navigate to “My Schedule” within the Cisco Events App. Need help planning out your time at Cisco Live? You can also follow a curated learning path to help reach your learning goals and maximize your time at Cisco Live with our Learning Maps.
Let us know about the sessions you attend. A session survey will be available in the Cisco Events App under “My Surveys” and on the Attendee Dashboard once you scan into a session. The overall conference survey will be available from Thursday, February 12 at 11:00. Fill out four (4) session surveys and the overall conference survey to receive a Cisco Live 2026 Amsterdam t-shirt*.

Presentation PDFs will be uploaded to the Session Catalog and the Cisco Events App the morning of the session. Technical Seminars (TEC) and Instructor-led Labs (LTR) presentations will only be available for those who have purchased the session.

Attendees must be a verified member of the Customer Connection Program to register for and enter these sessions.
World of Solution Sessions:
Capture the Flag (CTF), Center Stage (CEN), Cisco AI Theater (AI), Cisco U. Theater (CISCOU), Customer Success Stories (CSS), DevNet (DEV), Inclusive Future (IF), Partner sessions (PAR), Product or Strategy Overviews (PSO), Technical Solutions Clinic sessions (TSC), Walk-in Labs (LAB)
DevNet workshops (DEVWRK and DEVRHL) are first registered, first seated with any others queuing for an open spot if any pre-registered attendees do not show up.
All other sessions in the World of Solutions are operated on a first come, first seated basis regardless of whether the attendee has added the session to their schedule via the Session Catalog.
IT Leadership (ITL)
Attendees must hold an IT Leadership or Executive Symposium pass to enter these sessions.

Cisco Events App
Access your schedule and event maps, complete session surveys, and gamify your Cisco Live 2026 experience! Download the Cisco Events App to receive notifications about activities, events, and more.
The app is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Webex App
Through Webex, you can collaborate with presenters and peers on session content and other relevant topics. If you don’t yet have a Webex account, download the free Webex app to set up your profile using the email address you used to register for Cisco Live.
For those who have opted in to the Cisco Live 2026 First Timer Webex space, you will be automatically added to that space.
For most session types, you will find session webex spaces in the Session Catalog under “Join the Discussion” in the Cisco Events App if there is a Webex space available for the session. If you have difficulties with the “Join the Discussion” function, it could be due to your organization's Webex security policy. You can ask your Webex administrator to allow the bot CLAmsterdam26@webex.bot in your organization or try joining with a personal email address such as Gmail or Yahoo. You can also visit the Mobile App Desk in the Pavilion outside Entrance K.
Please be aware that when joining the Webex space, your Webex user ID includes your email address that will be visible to other attendees in the space. For more information on how Cisco collects, protects, and retains your personal information, please visit the Cisco Online Privacy Statement.

Hall 1
Visit all our sponsors in Hall 1 where they are showcasing their products and solutions. Connect with Cisco experts in the Cisco Showcase and dive into more than 150 cutting-edge technologies, inspiring sessions, and immersive experiences. And attend sessions in the show floor theaters including Center Stage.
Hall 2
In Hall 2 you will find the Cisco Store, Social Media Central where our in-house DJ will play your favorite tunes, the NetVet Lounge, and a big coffee bar and lounge.
Hall 3
There are plenty of opportunities to get hands-on with Cisco technology in Hall 3 where you will find Capture the Flag, Technical Solutions Clinics, the Network Operations Center, and the Walk-in Labs.
Hall 5
The Meeting Village in Hall 5 is home to our formal meeting programs including Meet the Engineer, Meet the Executive and Whisper Suites. This is also where you will find the Cisco Theater.
Hall 7
Hall 7 is where you will find lots of inspiration in the Customer Success Stories Theater, the DevNet Zone, and the Cisco Insider booth.
Our coffee bars will be available to all passholders throughout the day across the venue.
At Cisco Live, we work hard to implement sustainable practices. This year we will not have bottled water available. Instead, we encourage you to use a refillable water bottle which you can fill up at our water stations. Reusable cups will also be available to use.
Lunch
Hot and cold lunch is available for all passholders across the venue and can be identified by the knife and fork symbol.
Our offering includes a variety for those with a vegetarian, vegan, and/or a gluten-free diet. All our chicken is halal, and all our vegan menus are lactose-free. We have also removed all nuts from our menus.
