Breakouts (BRK), Interactive Breakouts (IBO)
- When doors open, pre-registered participants are allowed to enter.
- Five minutes before the session starts, any Full Conference or IT Leadership pass holder is allowed to enter.
Instructor-Led Labs (LTR)
Access is allowed into these sessions in stages:
- When doors open, pre-registered participants are allowed to enter.
- 10 minutes after the session starts, any Full Conference or IT Leadership pass holder is allowed to enter.
Keynotes (KEY)
The Keynotes are first come first served, even if scheduled via the Session Catalog.
Technical Seminars (TEC)
Access is only allowed for participants who have pre-purchased a Technical Seminar.
Cisco User Insider Sessions (CCP)
Participants must be a verified member of the Customer Connection Program to register for and enter these sessions.
World of Solution Sessions: AI Hub (AIHUB), Customer Success Stories (CSS), DevNet (DEV), Purpose Pavilion, Center Stage (CEN), Partner sessions (PAR), Product or Solution Overviews (PSO), Technical Solutions Clinic sessions (TSC), Walk-in Labs (LAB)
- DevNet workshops (DEVWRK and DEVRHL) are first registered, first seated with any others queuing for an open spot if any pre-registered participants do not show up.
- All other sessions in the World of Solution are operated on a first come, first seated basis regardless of whether the participant has added the session to their schedule via the Session Catalog.
IT Leadership (ITL)
Participants must hold an IT Leadership or Executive Symposium pass to enter these sessions.
