Government/education rate is open to all bona-fide employees of a United States and Canadian federal, state, or local government entity, including employees of public higher education institutions. All attendees registering under this government rate will be required to show their employer-issued government ID or other proof of government employment upon check-in. Cisco may, at its sole discretion, charge the full conference amount to anyone unable to satisfy proof of employment requirements to Cisco's satisfaction. Additional discounts do not apply. Technical Seminars are priced in addition to your conference fees.
Group Discount Program
For companies who want to purchase bulk registration passes for Full Conference and IT Leadership packages before the conference.
The discount is based on the current registration fee at the time of purchase, and will be applied to each pass purchased:
- 5 to 9 passes: $75 off each pass
- 10 to 49 passes: $100 off each pass
- 50 to 99 passes: $200 off each pass
- 100+ passes: $300 off each pass
The group discount program expires on May 15, 2026. Group discount purchases are not available onsite.
The discount does not apply when purchasing Explorer packages or Technical Seminars. The discount is valid on wire transfer and credit card payments only. It does not apply when paying with Learning Credits. Individual passes cannot be refunded if purchased as a group purchase.
Purchase policy: All funds must be paid through Rainfocus, the Cisco Live registration supplier. To purchase the packages, please contact the Cisco Live Registration Team.
Purchase and Payments Policy
All Cisco Live registrations must be made by providing a valid credit card number or Cisco Learning Credit account at the time of registration. If other payment methods will be utilized, please see below.
Payment Options
- Purchase orders (PO’s) – Accepted for government rate attendees ONLY.
- Checks/wire transfers – Contact the Cisco Live Registration Team.
- All payments must be received by May 15, 2026, or the attendee’s schedule will be cleared.
- Any attendee with an outstanding payment upon arrival at the event will be asked to provide his/her personal credit card details to process payment. The credit card provided will be reimbursed once full payment has been received by our accounting department.

Cisco Learning Credits
Cisco Learning Credits (CLCs) are solely for the benefit of Cisco customers and partners and their respective employees to pay for Cisco Live Full Conference, IT Leadership, or Explorer packages as well as Technical Seminars. CLCs cannot be used in part payment or in conjunction with any other offer.
To pay with CLCs, please select ‘Payment by Cisco Learning Credits’ upon registration. You will be prompted to input your Learning Credit Sales Order Number(s) and the number of credits to be deducted from each. If you enter more than one Learning Credit Sales Order, please note that all SO# must come from the same company.
CLCs will be processed immediately and must be approved by the Team Captain prior to the event (if not auto approved by your organization). Please be aware of your Sales Order expiration dates.
If your Team Captain denies the transaction, our Registration Support team will reach out to you to validate payment.
If you have just purchased CLCs, reissuing, or extended existing credits it can take up to 5–7 business days to process, so please bear this in mind when registering.
CLCs purchases are non-refundable. Payment by CLCs will close on Friday, May 29, 2026. We recommend purchasing with Learning Credits by May 22 to ensure use of CLCs are approved by the Team Captain prior to event. However, we will accept CLCs up until Friday, May 29. Please note transactions initiated after May 22 may not be fully approved by the time you arrive in Las Vegas and an alternate form of payment will be required. Please purchase CLCs as early as possible to ensure availability for use.

Cisco Live Package Substitution Policy
Contact the Cisco Live Registration Team to request a substitution and include the names and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrants. All substitutions must be within the same company and must be received by May 15, 2026 to avoid a $100 processing fee.
