Government and Education discounts are offered to attendees with an .gov or .edu email address. The discount is applied during registration and will be recognized based on your email address ending in .gov or .edu. Cisco may, at its sole discretion, charge the standard fee(s) for anyone unable to satisfy proof of these requirements to Cisco's satisfaction. Additional discounts do not apply. Technical Seminars are priced in addition to your conference fees.

Cisco Learning Credits
Cisco customers and partners can use Cisco Learning Credits (CLCs) to purchase Full Conference, IT Leadership, and Explorer packages or Technical Seminars. These credits cannot be combined with other offers or used for partial payments. Select Payment by Learning Credits during registration and provide Sales Order number(s) from the same company.
Learning Credits are processed once registration is submitted and require Team Captain approval. Ensure your Sales Order is valid and unexpired. If newly purchased or extended, allow 5-7 business days for processing. Transactions denied by Team Captain, our Registration Team will reach out to you to validate payment. CLC purchases are non-refundable.
Registration using CLCs closes June 4, 2026. We strongly recommend purchasing by May 28 to ensure Team Captain approval before the event. Transactions initiate after May 28 may remain unapproved, and upon arrival, you will be required to provide an alternate form of payment. For assistance with Cisco Learning Credits, please visit the Certification Online Support tool or email the Learning Credits Team.
Purchase and Payments Policy
All Cisco Live registrations require a valid credit card number or Cisco Learning Credit number at the time of registration.
All payments must be processed through RainFocus, the Cisco Live registration platform. To purchase the packages, or arrange alternate payment, please contact the Cisco Live Registration Team.
Payment Details
Purchase Orders (PO’s) are only accepted for Government and Education attendees..

All payments must be received by May 14, 2027, or the attendee's schedule will be cleared.
Attendees arriving with outstanding balances must provide a personal credit card for processing. This will be reimbursed once full payment has been received.

Registration is open to attendees 21 and older.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Cisco Live Registration Team. You will receive a full refund for requests made through April 30. Requests submitted between May 1 and May 14, 2027 are eligible for a 50% refund, while cancellations received on or after May 15 are non-refundable. Please note that Cisco Learning Credits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Need to transfer a pass? Submit substitution requests by May 14, 2027 to the Cisco Live Registration Team. Please include the names and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrants. All substitutions must be within the same company.
