Onsite Check-In and Registration

 

Have your QR code ready for a faster check-in. Your QR code can be found in the mobile app under “My Profile”. For security purposes, a valid form of government issued ID will need to be presented upon check in. Cisco Live registrants must be 21 years of age or older.

Full conference attendees can pick up their Cisco Live backpacks and t-shirts at Materials Pick-Up at Mandalay Bay, Level 2.

 

Badge Requirement

 

You must wear a Cisco Live name badge at all times for access to functions. If you lose or misplace your Cisco Live badge, a $100 fee will be charged to reprint.

Cisco Live Shuttles will operate daily Saturday through Thursday.

Cisco Live provides wireless Internet access in all meeting areas and public spaces of the Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand and Bellagio. We encourage you to use a 5GHz wireless device for the best performance. Wireless coverage maps and performance data are also presented at the Cisco Live NOC. Schedule Your Sessions

 

Be sure to schedule your sessions before arriving onsite to guarantee a spot in the session.

 

Session Attendance

 

Plan to arrive at your scheduled session no later than 15 minutes prior to start. We will start seating standby attendees on a first come first serve basis 5 minutes before the session officially starts. We can almost always get the full standby group in, but please come early to get the best seats.

Session PDFs Availability

 

Presentation PDF’s will be uploaded to Session Catalog and CiscoLive.com/Online beginning June 24th. Sessions will have an agenda slide or placeholder slide before the event begins. TEC and Lab presentations will be available on CiscoLive.com/Online only.

 

Log into CiscoLive.com/Online using your Cisco Live credentials. If you have trouble during login you can retrieve your username and password or contact support at online@ciscolive.com.

 

In an effort to reduce waste and Think Green, Cisco Live will not have print stations onsite. If you require a hard copy, please print out schedules and PDFs in advance of your arrival.

 

Monday’s Opening Keynote

 

Chuck Robbins’ opening keynote is Monday morning at 10:30 am. Doors will open at 9:45 am, so please arrive early to secure your seat. You can watch the keynote live in the Mandalay Bay Event Center or in one of the following locations – Innovation Showcase Theater, Think Tank, Partner Village Theaters, Investment Partner Pavilion, Hero Lounges, Social Media Hub and the NetVet Lounge (NetVets only).
