Lead: Opening Keynote: Building Your Roadmap to Success
Liz Centoni, SVP and GM, Computing Systems Product Group, Cisco

What does the journey of building strong, innovative teams through inclusion look like during this digital transformation era? Join Liz Centoni and hear about her journey, which is quite different from where she thought she would be today. Her passion for driving a business and developing strategy and direction has allowed her to navigate multiple engineering roles that took her out of her comfort zones. The challenges she encountered in those roles gave her the confidence boost and visibility she needed to grow. Find out how an inclusive tomorrow starts with uncovering the endless possibilities of inspiring and empowering the women of today.

Guest Speaker: The Power of Presence: Perform at Your Best (Even When You’re Terrified) and Empower Others To Do The Same
Christine Holloway, VP of Networking, Digital Workspace and Security Solutions for CDW

Have you ever left a high-stakes meeting and immediately wished for a doover? Maybe after a performance review, a customer presentation, or a difficult conversation? Join Christine Holloway and hear how she’s used the power of “grit” and “presence” to lead in an authentic and effective way.  Christine will share her perspective on how what goes through your head, and—not talent or luck—makes all the difference.

In this session, Christine will illustrate how accessing your personal power and demonstrating grit, you can achieve “presence.” The state in which you liberate yourself from fear, stop worrying about the impression you’re making on others and instead, successfully taking on your biggest challenges and leave with satisfaction. And when you can accomplish this, you can empower others to do the same.

Connect: Lighting Talk and Interactive Session: Creative Trespassing: How to Sneak Creativity into Your Career, Company and Life!
Tania Katan, Guest Speaker

Tania Katan, CEO of Creative Trespassing knows a little something about sneaking creativity into careers, companies and life in order to start a social/media revolution! As co-creator of the internationally viral women’s empowerment campaign #ItWasNeverADress for Axosoft she has developed a map for you to find your creativity too! She will share uniquely developed exercises for flexing your creative muscles, funny stories from the front-lines of an everyday disruptor and enough empowering quotes and inspirational shouting (GO get ‘em, Creative Tiger!) to make your high school soccer coach crack a smile. You will leave this talk with tools for infusing creativity into spaces that are less obviously creative, like the lobby, boardroom, your cubicle and every space in between.
