What are the new dates of Cisco Live 2021?

The digital event takes place as follows:

Americas: March 30-31
APJC: March 31 - April 1

When will registration for Cisco Live 2021 be available? Is there a fee to attend?

Registration is open now for Cisco Live. Registration packages include two choices: an All-Access pass and an Explorer pass.

Register for an All-Access pass and you’ll gain entry to everything Cisco Live offers, including hundreds of in-depth technical education sessions, keynotes and innovation talks, and the World of Solutions. Register early and reserve your spot for limited Hands-On Labs, Meet the Engineer, and more.

The FREE Explorer pass includes keynotes, innovation talks, and access to the World of Solutions. Plus, with interactive opportunities and celebrity appearances, you’ll experience the fun and excitement of Cisco Live!

Can I use Learning Credits to pay for my All-Access pass?

Yes, you can. The All-Access pass is available for $349 or 4 Learning Credits. More details can be found on our registration packages page.

Will the 2021 event count towards NetVet status?

Yes. Attendees who purchase an All-Access pass will be able to count 2021 towards maintaining their NetVet status.

What ID’s do I need for Cisco Live?

You’ll need a free Cisco account in order to register for the event. Register to create your own personal schedule and to participate in networking.

Will Cisco Live EMEAR 2021 registrations be transferred to the Cisco Live digital event?

If you registered for Cisco Live EMEAR 2021, your registration will automatically be transferred to the global event. Full refunds are available upon request until March 23. You can contact Cisco Live EMEAR Registration Support to request a refund. Please visit the Cisco Live EMEAR 2021 FAQ for more info.

Will Cisco Live Melbourne (scheduled for December 7–10, 2021) go ahead as planned?

Yes. Please note that while we hope to be able to hold this event live in Melbourne, the format is subject to change, based on official guidance. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will make further decisions over the coming months as appropriate.

Will Cisco Live Amsterdam (scheduled for February 7–11, 2022) go ahead as planned?

What are the browser requirements to view the event?

For the best experience during the event, we recommend using the following browser from a desktop or laptop computer:

  • Chrome (latest official release) – Recommended

Our best efforts have been made to implement the highest level of support we can for browsers even if they are not listed above, however some functionality may appear degraded and/or features may be unavailable.

I am having issues with videos - who do I contact?

I’m having issues with the Webex app – how can I get help?

Webex space access requires you to have a Webex account and have downloaded the Webex app. For further support, contact ciscolive@ciscoevents.com.

The Webex spaces will be open from March 30 – April 2 so you can continue your discussions with Cisco experts.

How do I get a copy of the presentation slides?

Session PDFs will be available on March 30 in the Session Catalog for registered attendees. Login to the Session Catalog and click on the down arrow to the right of the Session ID and Title to access the PDF.

PDFs will not be available for the Keynote presentations.

I have a question for the speakers, how can I contact them?

Continue the discussion with speakers through the Webex app. Technical Broadcast and Anytime sessions will have their own Webex space, in session Webex spaces, after a session broadcast ends. Find links to join the Session Webex spaces in the Session Catalog, starting on March 30. Webex spaces will be open March 30 – April 2.

Please note: Depending on the volume of participants, there may be a delay in response from our experts. Also, be aware that when joining the Webex teams space, your Teams user ID includes your email address and will be available to all space members. For more information please refer to our Privacy Statement and Webex Teams Privacy Data sheet.

Will recordings be available after the live event?

As of March 31, broadcast sessions will start showing up under the Anytime tab in the Session Catalog. Check back often as sessions will be posted throughout the week.

Where can I provide my feedback for the sessions? Where can I complete my surveys?

If you are registered for Cisco Live 2021 and have scheduled sessions or watched Anytime sessions, you can complete session surveys. Session surveys can be accessed from the Session Catalog, All-Access channel pages, and the top navigation. Session surveys will launch after each broadcast session ends or you have watch 25% of an Anytime session.

  • Broadcast session surveys close Friday, April 2 at 12 p.m. PT
  • Connected Learning session surveys close Friday, April 16 at 5 p.m. PT
  • Anytime session surveys close Friday, July 2 at 5 p.m. PT

Will there be additional trainings and sessions after the digital event?

Starting April 5, we will offer multiple Connected Learning sessions, including Meet the Engineer (MTE) sessions, Hands-on labs, Capture the Flag, DevNet workshops, and Birds of a Feather sessions.

All-Access pass holders have the opportunity to schedule Connected Learning sessions, including Meet the Engineer (MTE) sessions, Hands-on labs, Capture the Flag, DevNet workshops, and Birds of a Feather sessions. These sessions take place April 5 – April 15, and scheduling for these sessions opens March 16.

Can I earn Continuing Education (CE) credit for participating in the Cisco Live 2021 digital event sessions or viewing on-demand content?

Continuing Education credit will be available for Hands-On Labs and DevNet Workshops taking place between April 5 – April 15.  Hands-On Labs and DevNet Workshops are open to All-Access pass holders. Please note: Each pass holder is limited to one Hands-On Lab and one DevNet Workshop. These sessions are subject to availability and is considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
