Where and when will Cisco Live take place?

Cisco Live will take place February 9-13, 2026 in Amsterdam at RAI Amsterdam. In addition, Cisco Live will host a global broadcast to watch from anywhere in the world. The event will continue the long tradition of education, inspiration, and fun that Cisco Live has delivered for more than 35 years.

What language is used for session presentations?

All event sessions will be presented in English to accommodate an international audience.

The health and safety of event attendees is our top priority. If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from attending the event. At this time, Cisco does not have any health-related requirements in place for event attendance. Should this change, we will follow up with updated guidance.

How do I register for Cisco Live?

You can register for Cisco Live by visiting the Registration Packages page to determine which pass type is best for you. Then click on the ‘Register Now’ button to register.

How much does it cost to attend?

We offer various pass types and price points to fit your needs. Check out the Registration Packages page for more information. 

Is there an age requirement to attend Cisco Live?

Yes, you must be 18 years or older to attend Cisco Live 2026 Amsterdam.

Is there an Expo-only pass available?

Yes, we offer an Explorer pass that allows access to the Keynote, the World of Solutions, and the Cisco Live Celebration. Learn more on the Registration Packages page.

Can I use my Cisco Learning Credits (CLCs) to pay for my Cisco Live registration?

Yes. You can redeem your Cisco Learning Credits (CLCs) to purchase your registration package for Cisco Live as well as pay for Technical Seminars. Please note Learning Credits are only for Cisco customers and partners and their respective employees to use. Learn more about using Cisco Learning Credits.

Do I need to be registered to attend the conference?

Yes, you must purchase a Cisco Live pass to attend the event. Learn more on the Registration Packages page. 

Do you offer discounted rates?

We offer discounted rates for CCIEs as well as for Education and Government employees. The government rate is open to all employees of a European state or local government entity, including employees of public higher education institutions. All attendees registering under this government rate will be required to show their employer-issued government ID or other proof of government employment upon check-in. Cisco may, at its sole discretion, charge the full amount to anyone unable to provide proof of employment requirements to Cisco’s satisfaction. Additional discounts do not apply. Technical Seminars are priced in addition to the conference fee.

Additionally, we offer a discount on group purchases where 10 or more Full Conference or IT Leadership passes are selected during registration.

How do I make a group purchase?

The group purchase option is for companies who want to purchase Full Conference or IT Leadership passes in bulk. More information about the Group Purchase option can be found on the Registration Packages page.

How do I purchase a Technical Seminar?

To purchase a Technical Seminar, visit the Registration Packages page to review the options and, when you register, add Technical Seminar to your purchase. If you are already registered, log in to the Attendee Dashboard to add the Technical Seminar to your order.

Technical Seminars will take place on Monday, February 9, 2026. 

Will there be certification exams at Cisco Live?

Yes, attendees can take their scheduled exams at the Pearson VUE Certification Testing Center at RAI Amsterdam (Sunday – Thursday). Exams can be scheduled through Pearson VUE until February 7 as space allows. A complimentary exam is offered to all Full Conference and IT Leadership pass holders (subject to availability).

Can I bring a guest to Cisco Live?

All attendees will need to purchase a Full Conference, IT Leadership, or Explorer pass. We do not offer guest passes for Cisco Live 2026 Amsterdam. 

What is your cancellation policy for conference registration?

The cancellation policy applies to all packages and types of purchases except for payments made by Learning Credits which are non-refundable. Cancellations must be received in writing to the Registration Support team.

Cisco Learning Credits

Can I use my Cisco Learning Credits (CLCs) to pay for my Cisco Live registration?

Yes! Learning Credits are only for Cisco customers and partners and their respective employees to use. You can redeem your Cisco Learning Credits (CLCs) to purchase your registration package for Cisco Live as well as pay for Technical Seminars. 

For assistance with Cisco Learning Credits, contact your Team Captain or the person who provided you the SO number (in case of invalid or expired SO numbers). You can also submit a case through the Certification Online Support Tool.

Can I register with Learning Credits if they expire before the event?

Yes. You must register for Cisco Live before the expiration date of your Learning Credits, but the event can take place after the expiration date.

I registered with Learning Credits, what happens now?

Learning Credits will be processed immediately and must be approved by the Team Captain prior to the event (if not auto-approved by your organization). Once approved, you will receive an email notification. If your Team Captain denies the transaction, our Registration Support team will reach out to you to validate payment.

I don’t have enough Learning Credits to pay for my entire registration package. Can I use another form of payment to pay the difference?

No, unfortunately, Learning Credits cannot be used in part payment or in conjunction with any other offer. You can purchase more Learning Credits by raising a case through the Certification Online Support Tool.

How do I check my Learning Credit balance?

You can access your Learning Credits via LCMT (the Learning Credit Management Tool) or by raising a case through the Certification Online Support Tool.

I need to cancel my registration paid with Learning Credits. How can I do this?

Purchases made with Learning Credits are non-refundable. You may, however, request a substitution by sending an email to our Registration Support team with the names and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrants.

Session Catalog

What is the Session Catalog?  

The Session Catalog is the place to explore all the sessions offered at Cisco Live. Anyone can view the Session Catalog. Event attendees can see recommendations, add sessions to a favorites list, and build a personal schedule.  

Session scheduling is now open for all attendee types.

Where do I log into the Session Catalog?  

To log in, click either the "Log in" link in the top navigation or the link on the blue navigation bar on the Session Catalog page.

How do I search for sessions?

To find sessions in the Session Catalog, you can use both filters and search terms – together or separately.

Using Filters

Click the down-arrow (˅) icon on a filter category in the Filters sidebar to expand and view all options for that filter. Select a box to choose your filter. You may choose more than one filter to enhance the search results findings.

To remove filters from your search results, click the "x" symbol after the filter name or click Clear (both are located to the right of the search box).

Using Search

Type your search terms into the search box on the Filters sidebar. Click the search icon or hit the Enter key to search.

To remove search terms from your search results, click the "x" symbol after the search term in quotes or click Clear (both are located to the right of the search box).

What is My Favorites and how do I use it?

Click the login link in the top navigation or on the blue bar on the Session Catalog page and log in using your Cisco account credentials. Once logged in, you can add a session to your favorites list by clicking the star.

To view your favorites list in the Session Catalog, click the box next to My Favorites in the filter area.

How do I schedule sessions?

Session scheduling is now open for all attendee types. Login to your Cisco Live account, and then go to the Session Catalog. Find your favorite sessions and click the Schedule button. 

How do I schedule a Technical Seminar?

To schedule a Technical Seminar, you will need to purchase the training in addition to your Full Conference or IT Leadership pass. You can purchase Technical Seminars when you register for the event, or if you have already registered, you can log in to the Attendee Dashboard and purchase one or two Technical Seminars.

If you have not already chosen your Technical Seminar, you can log in to the Attendee Dashboard and click "Manage Technical Seminars" to review the selection and schedule your session.

Account support

Cisco Live EMEA can be accessed with the same username and password you use on Cisco.com. If you do not have a Cisco.com account you can create one when you register for CiscoLive.com/emea.

If you previously had a CiscoLive.com login but used a different email to register for Cisco account, contact ciscolive@cisco.com to have your accounts connected (after you have completed registration for the event).

Your previous Cisco Live credentials will no longer work on CiscoLive.com/emea. You must log in with your Cisco account username and password.

Registering for an event if you do not have a Cisco Account:

  • Click on the Register Now button.
  • You will be sent to the Cisco Account Sign In page.
  • Click on the Create Account button.

Creating a Cisco account:

  • Fill out the Cisco account form and click Register.
    • Email addresses can include: tilde (~), exclamation point (!), at (@), pound (#), dollar ($), percent (%), caret (^), and (&), asterisk (*) and plus (+).
    • Last Name can be 2 to 50 characters in length. You may use English and accented letters A-Z, space ( ), apostrophe ('), hyphen (-), period (.), and underscore (_).
    • Password must include one upper case character, one lower case character, and one number character. Passwords must have a minimum length of 8 characters and maximum of 60 characters.
    • Passwords must not contain special characters, except these: @ . - _ ~ ! # $ % ^ & *
    • Captcha use is required as an additional security measure. If you cannot read the captcha given to you, you can refresh the captcha for another image
  • You will receive an on-screen confirmation to check your email for an authorization code.
  • Copy the 6-digit code out of your email and enter onto the verification screen and click the "Verify" button.
  • Once verified, you can login to your Cisco account with your newly created email and password.
  • Once signed in, you will be directed back to CiscoLive.com/emea.
  • To register for the event, click on the Register Now button, log in with your Cisco account credentials and proceed through the Cisco Live registration process.

Registering for an event using your existing Cisco account:

  • Login to your Cisco account with your email and password.
  • Once signed in, you will be directed back to CiscoLive.com/emea.
  • To register for the event, click on the Register Now button, log in with your Cisco account credentials and proceed through the Cisco Live registration process.

Reasons why your credentials are not matching our records:

  • Your email or password is incorrect.
  • Your account is not activated. Check for your spam or junk mail for the activation email.
  • Your account is locked or suspended.
  • You do not have a Cisco account.

Special characters in email addresses:

You may use any of these special characters in front of the @ sign in your email address:

  • ! # $ % & ‘ * + – / = ? ^ _ ` { | } ~ .

Using Cisco account credentials on CiscoLive.com/on-demand:

Your Cisco account username and password will also work to access on-demand content.

Updating your Cisco Live profile:

You can update your information by logging in to your Cisco Live Registration.

Updating your Cisco account profile:

Some personal information can only be edited by updating your Cisco account profile. You will need to log back into Cisco Live for your Cisco account edits to appear. Choose the one of the following links to edit your information:

You can access this by logging in to CiscoLive.com/emea, clicking the drop down with your name in the top navigation and selecting the Account Settings page. On the Account Settings page there is a link to edit your Cisco account information to set up a recovery phone number within the security settings.

Updating your preferred first name:

To update your preferred first name, log in to CiscoLive.com/emea, clicking the drop down with your name in the top navigation and selecting the Account Settings page. On the Account Settings page, click the link to edit your Cisco account information. You will be sent to the Cisco Account Profile Management page. From this page, click the "Personal" link and add your preferred first name into your personal details. When finished, click the "Update" button.

Adding a recovery number to your account:

To add a recovery number to your account, log in to CiscoLive.com/emea, clicking the drop down with your name in the top navigation and selecting the Account Settings page. On the Account Settings page, click the link to edit your Cisco account information. You will be sent to the Cisco Account Profile Management page. From this page, click the "Security" link. To turn on a Recovery Number, toggle the switch to on. You will be asked to verify your password. Once verified, enter in the phone number you’d like to use and click "Submit". You will be sent a 6-digit code to the number you entered. This code is only active for 5 minutes. Enter your code onto the screen and click "Submit". You will now receive an on-screen confirmation that you have successfully added a recover number to your profile.

Adding two-step authentication to your account:

To add two-step authentication, log in to CiscoLive.com/emea, clicking the drop down with your name in the top navigation and selecting the Account Settings page. On the Account Settings page, click the link to edit your Cisco account information. You will be sent to the Cisco Account Profile Management page. From this page, click the "Security" link. To turn on Two-Step Authentication, toggle the switch to on. You will be asked to verify your password. Once verified, Select the authentication app(s) to install on your mobile device. If you already have one of these apps installed on your device, click the next button.

In your authentication app, scan the QR code from the screen or manually enter the key into your app. The app will generate a 6-digit code that you must enter on the screen. When finished, click the "Submit" button.

Password help

Resetting your password:

  • From the "Reset Password" page, enter your email address associated with your account OR Click "Login" from the CiscoLive.com/emea top navigation.
  • You will be sent to the Cisco SSO login page.
  • Select “Forgot Password?" underneath the Next button.
  • A temporary Reset Password link will be sent. Methods are:
    • Reset via SMS. SMS can only be used if a mobile phone number has been configured in your SSO profile
    • Reset via Email
  • Click the "Reset Password" link. This line is only good for 1 hour.
  • From the Reset Password screen, create and verify a new password. You will also receive an email confirming you have updated your account.

Password requirements:

  • Passwords must contain: One uppercase character, one lowercase character, and one number
  • Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 60 characters.

Adding a mobile number to receive password notification via phone:

In your Cisco Account Profile Management, you can add a recovery number under the Security settings tab. Choose the one of the following links to edit your information:

If you have not received the email to reset your password:

  • Check your spam or junk mail filter to see if it was sent there.
  • If you do not have a Cisco account, you will need to create one.

Resending the password reset email:

  • If you still have your on-screen confirmation that an email has been sent with a link to reset your password open, you can click the "Resend Email" link.
  • If you do not have your confirmation screen still open, you can go through the password reset process again.
  • If you continue to have issues receiving your password reset email, please contact Cisco Support.
