Meet the Engineer
Meet the Engineer (MTE) meetings provide you the opportunity to meet 1:1 with a Cisco Engineer to discuss your unique questions and challenges. MTE pulls together the best Cisco engineers, distinguished engineers, and senior development engineers to help ensure your questions get answered.
Our Engineers will be ready to address a variety of topics including:
Product and project validation: Are we using the right solutions and technologies to meet our goals, and are we using the best approach?
Solution design and deployment: What is the best way to capitalize on available technologies?
Strategy: How does my vision align with what others are doing in the industry?
Troubleshooting: What solutions or tactics can I use to address a specific problem?
The Meet the Engineer scheduling tool will open for Full Conference and IT Leadership pass holders on April 23. Attendees may also request meetings onsite at Cisco Live by visiting the Meet the Engineer desk located in the Meeting Zone.
Each meeting request is subject to availability and is considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Network Operations Center
Come see us in the heartbeat of Cisco Live – the Network Operations Center (NOC). Stop by the Cisco Showcase to see our event network metrics and view the 'live' Cisco equipment powering Cisco Live’s network from the show floor. Watch what it takes to deploy, manage, and secure the Cisco Live network in real-time. Attendees can also learn about the Las Vegas deployment from distinguished engineers and solutions experts. The NOC is sponsored by Legrand and NetApp.
A team of Cisco Networking Academy students from across the United States and Canada are chosen to work alongside engineers to help set up the NOC and maintain the network.
