REGISTRATION - REFUNDS

Will I get a refund of my registration fee?

Yes.  Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as registered within 30-60 days.  Due to the high volume of refunds to be processed, we appreciate your patience as we work to initiate all transactions.  We will refund as swiftly as possible.

Can the refund be on a different card or via check?

Unfortunately, no.  We will apply refund to the original form of payment.

REGISTRATION - LEARNING CREDITS

I used Learning Credits to pay for my registration. Will my Learning Credits get refunded?

Yes. Learning Credit refunds are processed manually and will return to the original Sales Order # (SO#) used during registration within 30-60 days.  Due to the high volume of refunds to be processed, we appreciate your patience as we work to initiate all transactions.  We will refund as swiftly as possible.

What if my Sales Order# is now expired?

If the SO# is expired, the Learning Credit Team will allow a 6-month extension from the date of refund. This may require the Team Captain to raise a case for it to be reissued/extended.

What if my Sales Order # is still listed as pending?

If credits are listed as pending, the Learning Credit Team Captain should be advised to deny the transaction within the LCMT tool.

TRAVEL/HOTEL

How do I cancel my hotel reservation?

All hotel reservations made through Cisco Live housing blocks (via our system) will be automatically cancelled.  No deposits will be charged.

I booked my hotel directly.  How can I cancel my reservation?

Call the property directly.  The individual property will advise of any cancellation liability per the terms of your reservation with that property.

Can an attendee get reimbursed for other expenses such as travel, visa fees, or hotel booked outside conference block?

Unfortunately, no.  Attendee travel and other expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.

SPONSORSHIP

Will I get a refund of my sponsorship fee since Cisco Live is no longer an in-person event?

Partner Sponsorships will be refunded to the original form of payment within 30-60 days of event cancellation.  Due to the high volume of refunds to be processed, we appreciate your patience as we work to initiate all transactions.  We will refund as swiftly as possible.

GENERAL

Will I maintain my NetVet status since I registered and paid but the event cancelled?

Yes! If you paid in full for your full-conference or IT Management pass registration, then the 2020 event counts towards NetVet status.

Do I need to cancel my Certification Exam? How do I cancel the exam?

If you registered for a Certification Exam with PearsonVue, it will automatically be cancelled.

Will NetVets still get their ebook selections if they have chosen a title?

If you have chosen a title, you will be eligible to receive your e-book.  No new e-book selections will be offered.

Will the in-person Cisco Live event be rescheduled?

There are currently no plans to host Cisco Live 2020 Las Vegas as an in person gathering. All future Cisco Live events will take place as planned and further information will be provided at the appropriate time. Join us June 2-3, 2020 for the Cisco Live 2020 digital event.
