These seminars offer comprehensive, classroom-style training that can be added to any Cisco Live package! Each seminar provides an in-depth look at a specific technology, design principle, or best practice.

Join Cisco’s top instructors in a small group setting as they walk through simulated exercises to gain expertise and a deeper understanding for installing and troubleshooting core Cisco technologies.

Cisco Live Celebration Guest Pass
Add this pass to bring a guest to join the fun. It can be added to any Cisco Live package. Guests must be 18 years of age or older.
A Guest Party Pass includes:
Entry to the Cisco Live Celebration taking place on the evening of Wednesday, November 11 as a guest of a Cisco Live attendee.

Group Purchases
Need to purchase a few Cisco Live registrations for your company or for someone else? The Group Registration portal allows you to do this! This portal also enables you to manage who receives the registration codes and when they register. Please note payment must be cleared before registration codes are issued and no discounts will be applied for multiple purchases.

Purchase and Payments Policy
All Cisco Live registrations must be made by providing a valid credit card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard) or Cisco Learning Credit account at the time of registration. If other payment methods will be utilised, please see below.
Payment options
Purchase orders (PO’s) – will be accepted by providing the Cisco Live Events Team with a valid Purchase Order number.
Wire transfers – Contact the Cisco Live Events Team.

Payment terms are strictly 14 days from invoice date OR prior to the event by close of business on Friday, November 6, 2026 whichever is sooner.
Any attendee with an outstanding payment upon arrival at the event will be asked to provide his/her personal credit card details to process payment. Should payment not be received by 7 days of the event, the credit card provided will be processed for payment.
Note: Registration to Cisco Live is open to attendees 18 years of age and older. Prices and inclusions subject to change.
Payment Requiring a Purchase Order
- Complete the registration process selecting payment by Purchase Order to gain an invoice.
Please provide the Cisco Live Events Team with a copy of your Purchase Order contact and number.
- We will issue you with a new invoice with the Purchase Order number on it.
- We will require the funds to be remitted prior to Friday, November 6, 2026 in order allow entry into Cisco Live 2026 Melbourne. Please note payment must also be cleared before Group Purchased registration codes are issued.
Cisco Learning Credits (CLCs)
Cisco Learning Credits are solely for the benefit of Cisco customers and partners and their respective employees to pay for Cisco Live Full Conference, IT Leadership, or Explorer packages as well as Technical Seminars and 4-hour Instructor-led Labs. Cisco Learning Credits cannot be used in part payment or in conjunction with any other offer.
To pay with Cisco Learning Credits, please select ‘Payment by Cisco Learning Credits’ upon registration. You will be prompted to input your Cisco Learning Credit Sales Order Number(s) and the number of credits to be deducted from each. If you enter more than one Cisco Learning Credit Sales Order, please note that all Sales Order# must come from the same company.
Cisco Learning Credits will be processed immediately and must be approved by the Team Captain prior to the event (if not auto approved by your organisation). Please be aware of your Sales Order expiration dates.
If your Team Captain denies the transaction, our Registration Support team will reach out to you to validate payment.
If you have just purchased Cisco Learning Credits, reissuing, or extended existing credits it can take up to 5 – 7 business days to process, so please bear this in mind when registering.
Cisco Learning Credits purchases are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing with Cisco Learning Credits by Friday, October 30, 2026 to ensure use of Cisco Learning Credits are approved by the team captain prior to event. However, we will accept Cisco Learning Credits up until Friday, November 6, 2026. Please note transactions initiated after Friday, October 30, 2026 may not be fully approved by the time you arrive onsite and an alternate form of payment will be required. Please purchase Cisco Learning Credits as early as possible to ensure availability for use.
For assistance with Cisco Learning Credits (in case of invalid or expired Sales Order Numbers) you can submit a case through the Certification Online Support Tool.
Cancellations
Applies to all package purchases: Cancellations must be received in writing to the Cisco Live Events Team.

Cisco Live package substitution policy
Substitutions may be requested by sending an email to the Cisco Live Events Team with the names and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrants. All substitutions must be within the same company and must be received by Friday, November 6, 2026.
For security and WHS accountability, delegates are not allowed to share a registration – one registration per delegate. Once an individual has checked in onsite at Cisco Live 2026 Melbourne, the registration may not be transferred or substituted by another delegate.
