Why is Cisco cancelling the Cisco Live Amsterdam 2022 event?
Given the evolving nature of the pandemic in many countries, Cisco has made the difficult decision to cancel Cisco Live Amsterdam in February 2022. The health and safety of our customers, partners and employees is our priority and we are confident this is the right decision.
Will Cisco Live be back as an in-person event in EMEAR in 2023?
Yes. The plan is to go ahead with the event on February 6-10, 2023 assuming we can deliver a safe event for our employees, customers and partners and that this is possible based on any local restrictions in place at that time.
Will the in-person event in Amsterdam be replaced by a digital event?
No, not in February 2022. The next Cisco Live event on the calendar will be Cisco Live 2022 in Las Vegas in June 2022, which will be an in-person and digital event for our global customers using a "follow the sun" approach.
Will I get a refund of my registration fee?
Yes. Refunds will automatically be applied to your original form of payment. We appreciate your patience as we work to initiate all transactions. We will refund within 30-60 days.
Do I need to request a refund of my registration?
No. Refunds will automatically be applied to your original form of payment.
When will I get refunded?
Your refund will be applied to your original form of payment within 30-60 days.
Can the refund be on a different credit card or bank account number?
Unfortunately, no. We will apply the refund to the original form of payment.
Can I transfer my Cisco Live Amsterdam 2022 registration to a future Cisco Live event?
No. All registrations will be automatically refunded.
Will I maintain my NetVet status since I registered and paid but the event was canceled?
If you registered and paid in full before the event was canceled, Cisco Live Amsterdam 2022 will count towards your NetVet status.
Will I get reimbursed for other expenses such as travel, visa fees, or hotel?
Unfortunately, no. Attendee travel and other expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.
I used Learning Credits to pay for my registration. Will my Learning Credits get refunded?
Yes. This will be returned to the original Sales Order # (SO#) used during registration within 30-60 days.
What if my Sales Order # (SO#) is now expired?
If the SO# is expired, unused credits can be reissued for a maximum of six months from the original expiration date, one time only. This will require the Team Captain to raise a case for it to be reissued/extended. For more information on the reissuing of Learning Credits please click here.
What if my Sales Order # is still listed as pending?
If learning credits are listed as pending, the Learning Credit Team Captain should be advised to deny the transaction within the Learning Credits Management Tool.
Do I need to cancel my Certification Exam?
No, if you have booked a Certification Exam onsite, it will be canceled automatically.
Will current sponsors of Cisco Live Amsterdam 2022 get a refund of their sponsorship fee?
Partner Sponsorships will be refunded to the original form of payment within 30-60 days of event cancellation. Due to the high volume of refunds to be processed, we appreciate your patience as we work to initiate all transactions.
