To gain access to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC), Cisco Live registrants and guests must show their government-issued photo ID to pick up your event badge. You will not be allowed access without a photo ID, even if an event package has been purchased. All Cisco Live attendees must be 18 years of age or older.
Event check-in and badge pick-up will be open at the following times. Main registration desk is located at Exhibition Bay Foyer, Ground Level, MCEC.

You must wear a Cisco Live conference badge at all times for access to Cisco Live. If you lose or misplace your Cisco Live badge, there will be a $100 fee per reprint of your badge and issuance of new Cisco Live lanyard. Go to the main registration desk in Exhibition Bay Foyer, Ground Level, MCEC for assistance.
Badge scanning may be optional in some areas and required in others.
Optional Scans (e.g., at booths or partner areas): If you choose to scan, Cisco or Partner representatives will receive your contact details from your badge and may send you information about their products and services. By scanning, you permit this contact and agree to their communications and privacy policies. You can modify your preferences directly with them later.
Required Scans (e.g., for entry, capacity, or density management): These are mandatory for access but do not share your contact details or result in follow-ups.

At Cisco Live, we work hard to implement sustainable practices. We will be offering you a refillable water bottle so you can fill it at our water stations. Water bottles are first come, first served.

Cisco Live provides wireless internet access in the convention centre spaces of MCEC. The Cisco Live wireless network has been fully migrated to the 5GHz and 6GHz spectrum to guarantee the best performance for our attendees. Dashboards and performance data are presented at the Cisco Live Network Operations Centre (NOC) wall inside WOS. Automatically onboard via the Cisco Events App using Cisco Spaces OpenRoaming, or manually join with the following:

This is a Public Internet Connection, and the use of a personal firewall is suggested. Cisco employees must use VPN connections for corporate connectivity and should contact GTRC for support needs at +612 8446 8888
Be sure to schedule your sessions before arriving onsite to guarantee a spot in the session. Log in to your Cisco Live account to find your schedule, or navigate to “My Schedule” within the Cisco Events App. Need help planning out your time at Cisco Live? Build your agenda with the Cisco AI Assistant for Cisco Live and receive highly personalised recommendations based on your interests.
Plan to arrive at your scheduled session no later than 15 minutes prior to start. We will start seating standby attendees on a first come, first served basis 5 minutes before the session officially starts.
Presentation PDFs for Breakouts Sessions and Instructor-led Labs will be uploaded to Session Catalogue and the Cisco Events App from 10 November -13 November. Technical Seminar PDFs presentations will only be available in the Session Catalogue and on the Cisco Events App for those who have purchased the session.
Let us know about your session! Session surveys will be available in the Cisco Events App under "My Surveys" and in the Attendee Dashboard once you scan into a session. The overall conference survey will be released on Wednesday afternoon.
Fill out four (4) session surveys and the overall conference survey from the Cisco Events App to receive a limited edition Cisco T-shirt*. Visit the Cisco merchandise stand to collect your gift.
*T-shirt size upon collection is subject to availability, and on first come, first served basis.
A complimentary Cisco Certification Exam is included in all Full Conference, Full Conference PLUS and IT Leadership Program packages. Exams must be scheduled through the link provided in your Cisco Live pass confirmation email and must be booked by 9 November, BEFORE the conference starts. Once the conference starts on 10 November, all conference attendees can register for exams onsite for 50% off the cost of the exam. Seating is limited and is on a first come, first served basis.
No shows for scheduled exams will result in a $40 fee. If you cannot make your scheduled exam, please update your appointment online or stop by the Cisco Certification Test Centre to cancel or change your appointment to avoid being charged.

Instructor-Led Labs are hands-on training at its finest and included in all Cisco Live packages. Taking place Monday – Thursday, session registration must be completed before arriving onsite. Seating is limited and is on a first come, first served basis.
Find and register for available labs. Note: You may go on standby for an Instructor-Led Lab that you have not registered for. We will open seats for Instructor-led Labs 15 minutes after the session has started.
View the Cisco Live Broadcast agenda to see what sessions will be broadcast. You can watch onsite at the Livestreaming Lounge located on Ground Level, MCEC - outside of the plenary hall. If you are offsite, catch the online broadcast on the homepage of https://www.ciscolive.com/apjc.html. Cisco Live Keynote, Keynote Deep Dive sessions and Centre Stage sessions will also be broadcast live on Facebook and YouTube.
